Formerly a Founding Member of Shelter Capital Partners, a private venture capital firm investing in information technology companies. Other investments include Seed investment in VMWare, K12, SweetIP (acquired by Perion Network) and most recently GT Nexus (Acquired by Infor). He also co-founded Scopus Technology where he served as CTO and member of the Board of Directors. Bahram holds several degrees from University of London’s Imperial College and the University of California, Berkeley. He began his career at Lockheed Martin.
Previously was the founding CEO of Tracx, Vice President of BD at Starhome (NASDAQ: XURA), and management consultant at Bohlin & Stromberg Sweden (Formerly KPMG). Mr. Gilad is a member on the board of Think Passenger Inc. and the Israeli Mobile Association (IMA) as well as a mentor at Alchemist Incubator. He served five years at the Israeli Defense Forces and holds an engineering degree from Coventry University, England and an MBA from Lund University, Sweden.
Previously managed the Klingenstein Fields Wealth Advisors $200 million of Alternative Investments portfolio as well as the fixed income trading platform. He served as Member of the Board of Directors for Gold Mobile, essDOCS Limited, Tracx Systems, HyPr Brands, Imprint, and Aquicore. Mr. Mai graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and received an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
Previously the Chief Financial Officer of Think Passenger Inc., a technology company delivering a cloud-based SaaS platform for market research and customer intelligence to Fortune 500 brands. He also serves as CFO and as an advisor to the Board of Directors of Nestivity, Hyginex, and Adly. Previously, he was co-founder and CFO of Eliosolar, a startup in the renewable energy industry. He has a BS in Business Administration from the European Business School in Paris, London and Madrid.
